Shipping Policy
Shipping Lead Time:
We provide FREE SHIPPING for all our products.
We ship anywhere in the contiguous United States except for Hawaii, Alaska or any other islands.
Please note that we require 3 to 5 days lead time on average to fulfill your order before dispatching it. Replacements, partial or custom set delivery will generally take a little longer for added attention to packaging, reinforcements, and protection for fragile items and parts. Once your order is dispatched, depending on your region, estimated delivery time is between 7 to 10 business days. Please consider any holidays, natural disasters or pandemics may impact delivery times.
For pre-ordered or back-ordered items:
If your order contains a pre-ordered or back-ordered item, we will ship any items we have available immediately and ship the items that are pre-ordered or back-ordered later when we have them available. So if you ordered more than one item on a single order and receive only a part of your item don’t worry, you will receive your other items shortly after.
Confirmation email
Once the order has been processed and the vanity shipped, a confirmation email will be sent along with a tracking number.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been processed and picked up by the carrier, we will provide you tracking information. You will receive an email shipping confirmation containing a tracking number. The tracking number will allow you to track where your parcel is in the logistics process.
Please allow 1 to 3 working days for the tracking information to show.
Wrong address disclaimer
If you believe you have provided the wrong shipping address, please contact us immediately at support@vaniabath.com. We strive to expedite processing and shipping times, so there is only a brief window to correct an incorrect address.
Arrivals
All carriers/delivery teams will only provide curbside delivery. Due to liability reasons, delivery inside, the driveway, or any possible private area is not allowed*
When you receive your order, please check for any damages or issues. If there is any damage or cracking, please note the defects on the shippers Bill of Lading before signing. Once the damage has been noted on the 'Bill of Lading', you have 48 hours to report any damages or missing parts. If that time is over, the time frame for reporting damages or missing parts will be closed. Please be aware of this issue when you receive your items.
